Care for Yourself Women’s Health Program
Provides free mammograms, pap tests, breast and cervical diagnostic testing, and one yearly office visit to women ages 40 to 64 who are uninsured or under-insured, or women who have breast cancer symptoms.

1st Five Program
1st Five is a public-private partnership bridging primary care and public health services in Iowa. The 1st Five model supports health providers in the earlier detection of social-emotional and developmental delays and family risk-related factors in children birth to 5 and coordinates referrals, interventions and follow-up.

Hawki (Healthy & Well Kids in Iowa) & Hawki Dental Only
To qualify, a child must live in Iowa and: be under 19-years-old; have no other health insurance; be a citizen of the United States or a qualified alien; be in a family that meets the Hawki income limits; cannot be a dependent of a State of Iowa employee; children who qualify for Medicaid cannot get Hawki.
