Care for Yourself Women’s Health Program for Clarke, Warren & Decatur

1st Five Program
1st Five is a public-private partnership bridging primary care and public health services in Iowa. To qualify, a child must live in Iowa and: be under 19 years old; have no other health insurance, be a citizen of the United States or a qualified client; be in a family that meets the Hawki income limits; cannot be a dependent of a State of Iowa employee; children who qualify for Medicaid cannot get Hawki.
