A program dedicated to addressing the emotional and behavioral health of adults over the age of 65. The program is designed to assist individuals suffering from symptoms of depression and anxiety, often related to aging, including: loneliness, hopelessness, crying, restlessness, sadness, coping with loss, decreasing energy, difficulty sleeping, low self-confidence, or life transitions. Anyone can refer an individual to the program, including physicians, family members, self-referrals, or other healthcare professionals.
